This documentary, upon the 800th anniversary of the group's formation, accompanies "Die Thomaner," ages 9 to 18, over a period of one year at home and touring abroad. Their unique world, from motets to boarding school to a South American tour, is filled with pressure to perform, doubt pride, and homesickness, balanced by accomplishment, growth, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
